Each and every Rols rug is hand cut to your specifications. Delivery time is +/- 4 to 5 weeks. Once your order is approved, we will send you an email with the exact shipping date.

Shipping and returns
- Delivery is free of charge to the street for mainland UK (standard shipping only), for orders in excess of £500.00 +VAT
- Since all the products we manufacture are custom-made, we do not accept exchanges or returns. If the carpet has any manufacturing defect, we will of course take care of it and offer you a new one at no additional cost.
- To be sure of your choice, we recommend you to purchase a sample of the reference you are interested in (we will deduct it from your order) and review our Measurement Guide. In addition, our design experts are at your disposal to offer you personalized help and advice.

Collection castor nx
Woven from wool on our Raschel looms—unique in the industry—, it delivers an impeccable surface finish and a distinctive pinpoint definition made possible by its manufacturing system. Available in neutral shades, contemporary mid-tones, bold dark hues, and a broad range of 16 stock colors, it is an ideal carpet or rug for both homes and commercial spaces.
If you’re looking for a specific shade, custom colors are also available for a minimum order of 200 m². Castor NX is suitable for both residential and commercial installations.

Care
Main recommendations:
- Vacuuming carpets is one of the main methods to keep them in good condition and essential to reduce the presence and accumulation of loose particles of dirt/sediment.
- For cleaning specific stains, never rub the surface to remove a stain or spilled substance, as this can deform the surface irreversibly. It is also not recommended to apply excessive pressure as this can flatten the carpet.
- Fiber shedding: All carpets made with short fibers will cause fiber shedding. This is more pronounced during the first few months after installation. These loose fibers are easily removed by vacuuming and do not affect the performance of the carpet.
