Delivery times
Each and every Rols rug is hand cut to your specifications. Delivery time is +/- 4 to 5 weeks. Once your order is approved, we will send you an email with the exact shipping date.

Shipping and returns
- Delivery is free of charge to the street for mainland UK (standard shipping only), for orders in excess of £500.00 +VAT
- Since all the products we manufacture are custom-made, we do not accept exchanges or returns. If the carpet has any manufacturing defect, we will of course take care of it and offer you a new one at no additional cost.
- To be sure of your choice, we recommend you to purchase a sample of the reference you are interested in (we will deduct it from your order) and review our Measurement Guide. In addition, our design experts are at your disposal to offer you personalized help and advice.

Care
Main recommendations:
- Vacuuming carpets is one of the main methods for keeping them in good condition and is essential for reducing the presence and accumulation of loose particles of dirt/dust. Do not use a vacuum cleaner with rotating brushes on loop structures.
- For cleaning specific stains, never rub the surface to remove a stain or spilled substance, as this can irreversibly deform the surface. It is also not advisable to exert excessive pressure as you can mat down the carpet.
- Fiber shedding: All carpets made with short fibers will cause fiber shedding. This is more pronounced during the first few months after installation. These loose fibers are easily removed by vacuuming and do not affect the carpet’s performance.

We provide you with 3D models of our rugs in Sketchup, 3dsmax and FBX formats. The download packs contain carpet models in sizes 200×300 and 300×400 and also the texture that you can use as a carpet.
