    Each and every Rols rug is hand cut to your specifications. Delivery time is +/- 4 to 5 weeks. Once your order is approved, we will send you an email with the exact shipping date.

  • Shipping and returns
    • Delivery is free of charge to the street for mainland UK (standard shipping only), for orders in excess of £500.00 +VAT
    • Since all the products we manufacture are custom-made, we do not accept exchanges or returns. If the carpet has any manufacturing defect, we will of course take care of it and offer you a new one at no additional cost.
    • To be sure of your choice, we recommend you to purchase a sample of the reference you are interested in (we will deduct it from your order) and review our Measurement Guide. In addition, our design experts are at your disposal to offer you personalized help and advice.

Collection palma rock

Palma is our all-purpose collection of indoor/outdoor rugs. It looks just like a jute rug but is woven from synthetic olefin fibres, which provide many advantages. This weave is water-resistant, offers protection against stains, and also has no problems of fading in sunlight. This makes it an ideal choice for outdoor spaces or rooms with lots of lighting. You can choose between 5 colours available in 2 different designs, which will give a distinctive decorative touch to your terrace.   • Installation (as wall-to-wall carpet)

    Main considerations:

    • Joins/seams: The cutting and joining of panels in flat weaves is a very delicate process that requires a lot of time and the resulting joint may have a variable appearance. The durability of joints cannot be guaranteed in installations of several panels. For this reason, we do not recommend side or header joins in our flat weave carpets.
    • Installation on stairs: The edge of the stair is a point of high friction, and to provide durability to the stair, it should always be installed with underlay. More information regarding installation on stairs is available in the specific product characteristics sheet.

  • Care

    Main recommendations:

    • Vacuuming carpets is one of the main methods for keeping them in good condition and essential to reduce the presence and accumulation of loose dirt/soil particles. For loop structures, never use a vacuum with rotating brushes.
