Maya redefines the standards of “sisal-look” carpets, making a sustainable custom-made carpet from recycled plastic bottles, much more durable and soft. This carpet is suitable for both indoor and outdoor spaces. Maya is available in 4 designs: Wave, Dune, Gradient, and Rhombus. The Rhombus design features a geometric diamond pattern with a look similar to jute or sisal carpets but with vastly superior performance.

Main characteristics:
- Manufactured on a flat-woven wilton loom with a diamond pattern design
- Main component is PET from recycled plastic bottles
- Wear ratings (EN 1307):
- Residential Use – 23 for area rugs and seamless wall to wall carpet
- Commercial Use – 33 for area rugs – not suitable for wall-to-wall installation
- Fire certification DFls1 (EN 13501-1)
- UV treatment incorporated in the fibers allowing for indoor and outdoor use with color fastness to light >6 (ISO 105-B02)
- Suitable for use with underfloor heating (TOG 0.71)
- Anti-static behavior (ISO 6356)

Care
Main recommendations:
- Vacuuming carpets is one of the main methods to keep them in good condition and essential to reduce the presence and accumulation of loose dirt/soil particles. Do not use a vacuum with rotating brushes on loop structures.
- For the cleaning of specific stains, never rub the surface to remove a stain or spilled substance, as this can irreversibly deform the surface. It is also not recommended to exert excessive pressure as this can mat the carpet.
