Each and every Rols rug is hand cut to your specifications. Delivery time is 3 weeks. Once your order is approved, we will send you an email with the exact shipping date.

Shipping and returns
- Delivery is free of charge to the street for mainland Europe.
- Since all the products we manufacture are custom-made, we do not accept exchanges or returns. If the carpet has any manufacturing defect, we will of course take care of it and offer you a new one at no additional cost.
- To be sure of your choice, we recommend you to purchase a sample of the reference you are interested in (we will deduct it from your order) and review our Measurement Guide. In addition, our design experts are at your disposal to offer you personalized help and advice.

- Manufactured on a flat-woven Wilton loom
- Main component is PET from recycled plastic bottles
- Wear ratings (EN 1307):
- Residential Use – 23 for area rugs and seamless wall to wall carpet
- Commercial Use – 33 for area rugs – not suitable for wall-to-wall installation
- Flame-retardant certification DFls1 (EN 13501-1)
- UV treatment incorporated into the fibers that allows for indoor and outdoor use with color fastness to light >6 (ISO 105-B02)
- Suitable for use with underfloor heating (TOG 0.71)

Installation (as wall-to-wall carpet)
Main considerations:
- Joins/seams: The cutting and joining of panels in flat weaves is a very delicate process that requires a lot of time and the resulting joint may have a variable appearance. The durability of joints cannot be guaranteed in installations of several panels. For this reason, we do not recommend side or header joins in our flat weave carpets.
- Installation on stairs: The edge of the stair is a point of high friction, and to provide durability to the stair, it should always be installed with underlay. More information regarding installation on stairs is available in the specific product characteristics sheet.

Care
Main recommendations:
- Vacuuming carpets is one of the main methods for keeping them in good condition and is essential for reducing the presence and accumulation of loose dirt/soil particles. In loop structures, never use a vacuum with rotating bristles.
- For the cleaning of specific stains, never rub the surface to remove a stain or spilled substance, as this can deform the surface irreversibly. It is also not recommended to apply excessive pressure as this can mat down the carpet.

We provide you with 3D models of our rugs in Sketchup, 3dsmax and FBX formats. The download packs contain carpet models in sizes 120×160, 200×300 and 300×400 and also the texture that you can use as a carpet.
