El Ático de Daniela – Rooftop Apartment in Barcelona
El Ático de Daniela explores the interior design of a newly built rooftop apartment in Barcelona through an approach rooted in restraint and timelessness. Natural light, the presence of wood, and a palette of warm neutrals define a serene and balanced interior, where every element speaks the same design language.
Within this context, the living and dining area unfolds as a continuous space where our Palma Nomad rugs help define the different functions. Palma Nomad Sand complements the dining area with its light and luminous tone, while Palma Nomad Clay anchors the living area with a more earthy nuance. Without disrupting the overall continuity of the interior, both rugs establish a visual reference that structures the space.
Woven from natural fibres and featuring a geometric pattern inspired by nomadic aesthetics, both pieces engage in dialogue with the project’s materials and reinforce its warm and tranquil character. Their integration demonstrates how a rug, beyond its practical function, contributes to defining and unifying the space.
