In the heart of Dreta de l’Eixample, Somos Nido completely transformed a 270 m² residence for Delcia Capocasale, partner at the law firm Cuatrecasas. The project blends the grandeur of Barcelona’s modernism with a contemporary sensibility, where art, natural light, and custom design coexist in harmony.

The result is a functional, elegant home full of character, featuring a central kitchen as the new core, a redesigned night area for added spaciousness, and restored original elements such as parquet flooring, marble, and an old bar cabinet. The wine color, the homeowner’s favorite, connects the spaces in harmony with a neutral palette and a carefully curated selection of contemporary art.
